We define the terms "atlantis.mp" and "our services" as representing the services provided through the online platform atlantis.mp and its operated game servers. Atlantis Points constitute the virtual currency used for the benefits offered on atlantis.mp and the game server. These benefits are accessible through the online store and in-game by pressing the F2 button. Obtaining Atlantis Points is simple and is done by consistently participating in gameplay on the server.

We reserve the right to modify at any time the benefits offered to players who purchase any service. Atlantis.mp reserves the right to suspend, close, delete, or modify accounts without prior notice and without explicit justification. Account suspensions or deletions are carried out in accordance with server rules, available on atlantis.mp/discord.

Services provided by atlantis.mp include the website (atlantis.mp), used to view statistics, support, and the virtual store, as well as the multiplayer Rage MP server (rage.atlantis.mp). Services are provided "as is," without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee error resolution and provide no warranty regarding the services offered.

Payments

All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where payments were made without the user's consent. Players whose accounts have been suspended will not receive refunds for Atlantis Points. Payments to atlantis.mp do not confer special treatment to users; all users are treated equally. However, ATLANTIS.MP reserves the right to refund certain payments in justified circumstances.

Delivery Policy

After completing and processing your payment, you will receive Atlantis Points corresponding to the paid amount within approximately 2 minutes. In some cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes. In case of issues, please contact us via a ticket. Benefits obtained through Atlantis Points can be accessed in-game by pressing the F2 key.

Refund Policy
